How can I deploy KB942766 via WSUS?

I want to deploy KB942766-v6 (WindowsXP-KB942766-v6-x86-ENU.exe) via WSUS but
it is not available in the Microsoft®Update-catalogus.

Is it possible to put it in the catalogus or is it possible to put this
update in the WSUS DB manually?
