error 8DDD0020 on wsus 3

hey all,
i'm trying to find the update 955839 in my wsus 3 and straingly its not there.
i've also tried to manualy import it and i got error message: 8DDD0020
any idea ?

KB955839 most assuredly is released to WSUS. There are nine separate
platform-specific packages of this update, with a release date of 12/9/2008.

The most likely cause for them to be "missing" from your server is that
you've not selected the update classification "Update Rollups" for
synchronization.

Confirm the product/classification configuration of your server. If "Update
Rollups" is selected then use the "All Updates" view. Set Approval='All
Except Declined', set Status = 'Any', Refresh, enable the column for "KB
Article", sort on the KB Article column and scan for '955839'.

If not found, change Approval='Declined', Refresh, and scan again.
