Request to add KB953252 for XP to Windows Update Catalog

How do I make a request to add KB953252 for XP, 2000, and 2003 to Windows
Update Catalog/WSUS? This is to address the NoDriveTypeAutoRun issue in
US-CERT Security Alert TA09-020A at
http://us-cert.gov/cas/techalerts/TA09-020A, and also in Microsoft's
Conficker protection recommendations at
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../dd452420.aspx and KB962007 at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/962007.

Before implementing the steps listed in KB953252, install the update for
XP listed under " Prerequisites to disable Autorun capabilities "

There is no 'one' update that can be installed to resolve the issue, Chris.
