Microsoft Security Bulletin MS08-070 - Critical

I went through the Microsoft Security Bulletin MS08-070 ((Vulnerabilities in
Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Extended Files (ActiveX Controls) Could Allow Remote
Code Execution (932349))

The solution mentioned was to install a patch which prevents remote code
execution in ActiveX controls.

Is this vulnerability exists for all the ActiveX controls in VB or only with
the Masked Edit ActiveX Control for Visual Basic 6?

Pls suggest me whether I should install this patch as my application has
some VB components.
