Finding a list of updates since SP x

Hi,

I've just visited the update catalog site for the first time in a long time.
I seem to remember that there used to be functionality to allow you to view
all the hotfixes available for a certain OS and SP combination.

This isn't immediately obvious anymore on the site. Is this functionality
still available ?

You can do that for security updates here
