Same Update repeatedly offered (Installed successfully)

I have tried solutions described in Article ID 910339. 1) installed/ran
Maliciois Software Removal Tool 2) Ran McAfee Antivirus 3) Attempted to
install in Safe Mode (got error that Windows Installed Service could not be
accessed). I am installing KB936181. If anyone has a solution, I sure would

You need to post this to the Windows Update newsgroup as this one deals
with issues/questions about the Microsoft Update Catalog:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities...&lang=en&cr=US

Include the version of Windows and which specific update will not install.
