KB951582 & MSUC & WSUS

My info sec dept has forcefed me a required update to roll tonight to our DEV
env. I cannot find the patch for KB951582 for insertion into WSUS to
facilitate me pushing it out. I have DL'ed the full patch from MS, and would
love to be able to import it into WSUS, but I know of no way. I do not see
that the patch has been superceeded, so there should not be a newer
KB/bulletin number for it. Any help appreciated.
