office 2007 update kb946691

hi,
update on office suit 2007 cannot install (kb946691) it says that the
expected version cannot find. on the discription of this update it say that
it fixes error when installing sp1 for office 2007 but my office 2007 suit
are already sp1 so that i dont need this kb946691 office update but the
windows update still telling me to install this missing update!!!
please anyone tell me what to do.
