Error code 0x800B011

Hi
Can anybody help with the above error code in relation to trying to
automatically update program in general, keeps giving me this code and have
tried all the prompts given...

You could check to see if any certificates are blocking access to Windows Update.

In Internet Explorer, Go to tools, internet options, content, certificates.
Then go to the tab "untrusted publishers"
Remove the items containing "Microsoft".

Now you can refresh the windows update page
