error 80072F8F

I haven,t updated in a while because of computer problems however now that I
have it up and running it will not update.The program gives me the above
error every time, I have changed the clock to the current time. I have also
changed the internet conection I use could this be the issue and how do I fix
it? thanks.

I had this problem for about 5 months......all thats wrong is your date
and/or time settings are wrong from the correct date and/or time. Adjust your
date/time appropriatly and this will allow you to download updates.
