How do we request this become available via the catalog.update.microsoft.com?

Sure would be nice to deploy via wsus instead of a .vbs script!

You can make a request to the below email address, wait until it's
included in XP SP3 or until it " receives additional testing ". Too bad
it came out right after SP2 was released <w> :
