Error downloading software only from Microsoft.com

Hello All!
I have been trying to downlad updates for ActiveSync 4.5, Streets and Trips
Construction Update, and other, but I can't. I can download software from any
other web sites, but not in microsoft.com.
I would appreciate your help a lot.
