how do i get WSUS to install microsoft hot fix

i have a hot fix i need on 600 computers! the upload funcrtion in WSUS will
only pull updates published by MS. this update is downloaded from an email
for a hotfix MS sent me, any help would be great

Hi -

I believe you can import the hotfix if it is available on the Windows
Catalogue. If not, I believe you are SOL.
