WSUS 3.0 updates download

I am using WSUS 3.0 on windows 2003 server SP2 with IIS + BITS installed and
I have installed on the same box Forefront (MOM+SQL).
My problem is that the download of updates is very slow knowing that I have
fast internet connection and the server is not low in resources still had 1GB
free RAM and only using 20% of the cpu and 2% of network (1GB ethernet) and
when I tried to download the same amount of data on that server I 've managed
to do it in 30 min using internet explorer, that same amount can use up to 2
days on WSUS.
How can I speed up WSUS download?
