Importing Windows Update Catalog into WSUS Server

Does anyone have a link to instructions for this procedure? I haven't had any
luck finding docs on this?

It is actually available from the WSUS 3.0 admin tool

Do you mean I can take content that I've downloaded from Windows Update
Catalog and import it into my WSUS 3.0 server (that's not internet connected)
using an admin tool?
