WSUS 3.0 Won't download updates.

Hello,
I have just implemented a WSUS 3 server onto my network. It appears as
though everything is working fine, I have clients connected and hungry for
updates. I have synchronised via my ISA 2006 server and it has recognised
there are 1000+ updates that I have specified in the Classifications section.
Yet the server realises it has 12GB of updates it needs to download and so
far in the last 3 days it has managed to download 0.29MB and this is where it
has stuck.
I have just tried the Windows Catologue approach for a few updates and it
could not import them into my WSUS.
Has anyone any ideas? the WSUS server is bang upto date Server 03 R2 Sp2.
