KB928366 - keeps wanting to be installed

Hi Folks

KB928266 .Net version 1.1 Sp1 - I keep getting it downloaded and wanting to
be installed EVEN after it was installed.

Was is the fix ?

Now every time I start winxp - it's asks me the insert my MS FrontPage CD -
I do but it still asks me every time I restart windows.
I guess I will start uninstalling stuff until I find the problem.
