IE 9 and Dropdown Menus

Hi,

When I clicked on the dropped down menus I used to get the the options.

Now when I click on these menus I get a blank box untill I move my mouse down the menu when the options appear.

Can anyone tell me how to get the drop down back from just clicking on say Field, Edit, View, etc.
