Do you mean you can't get to the site at all, or do you mean you can't get
the puzzles to load once you are at the site?

If it's the puzzles you are having trouble with, perhaps you need to
uninstall all versions of Sun Java from Add/Remove Programs and then
download and install the latest version of the (JRE)Java Runtime Enviornment
from the following Sun site:

Click on the "Download JRE" button at this site:
