Yesterday, I had the free Acrobat Reader, and weblinks to pdfs opened
perfectly in my browser. I just upgraded to Acrobat Professional. Now,
weblinks to pdfs are refusing to open and demanding a plug-in.
When you contact them, be sure to include some basic information, like
what version of Windows you have and what version of Internet Explorer
you have.
