Internet Explorer 8 save

I use windows 7 64 bit
When I try to save a web page or download a file internet explorer 8
restarts.
That also happens with Mozilla Firefox.
It happens also with no add-ons
If I use the 64 bit version of Internet explorer everything works but I
cannot use my add-ons.
Any help ?

Do you have a problem with your virus scanner?
