IE7 Not Saving Proxy Exceptions

I have a brand new Dell Latitude laptop, with ALL Windows and MS-Office
patches updated. When I type in the proxy exceptions, and click OK, it does
not save the list. This is a recent problem. We have been using proxy
exceptions for years. TIA...Neil
