How to set default page for new tag window?

I am using XP with SP3 and IE8.
Whenever I click a new tag for IE8, I would like to set the default google
page.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do it?

Tools||Internet Options||General(tab)||Tabs||Settings
Under "When a new is opened, open:" select "Your first home page".
