lost toolbar

Hi I'm running IE 8 and have lost my toolbars even though they are ticked in
the dropdown box. Can anyone help please. Thanks in advance, Kelvin.

Are you referring to third-party toolbars or the IE toolbar itself?
Assuming the latter, how many are installed?

Is this on the Vista SP2 computer you used to post your message?
