Right-click menu

Hi

Would anyone be able to advise why, In IE, when I right-click on a web
image, I don't get the menu options.

I get them in other applications - Word for example

Which firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware or security suite is installed?
There are some that cause problems which don't always appear immediately.

A horked install of IE7 or IE8...

Third-party interference, including a hijackware infection (yes, even on a
Mac)...
