Boots them out of the internet

We have a computer that when they go on to the internet for the very 1st time
of the day it will boot them off. They has to re-boot their computer and
then does not have any problems until the next day. He has tried different
browsers to test but they all do the same thing. I just found out it has
been doing this since this past summer. I believe they are using IE 8.
Does anyone have any idea what I could look for to help correct this problem?

I have found out from the person who uses the computer that this only happens
between 7:30 and 8:00 in the morning. If he goes on after 8:00 it doesn't
happen. He thought he and another employee are connected to a separate
router from the other employees. He is going to test the other person's
computer in the morning. He thinks it could have something to do with the
router. No one else in the office has been having this problem. He has
checked his add-on's.

Tell them\him to ask their\his ISP.
