Just installed a new program from Jabaware Hal Assistant and I am not
sure if this is the cause for my internet explorer error. Internet
Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience. I have not tried to uninstall this program yet
but was hoping it was not caused by this program. Thanks for your
help. Paul

Well, you won't know if the Jabaware program is the cause unless you
uninstall it and see what happens. Did you try contacting Jabaware's tech
support?
