IE 8 Web Slices Icon Missing

I have no web slice icon. Can someone tell me hoe to add it?

Hi,
I don't think that very many sites have made web slices available yet. The
web slices icon will only appear if there's web slice content on the page.
Visit http://espn.go.com and www.msn.com The orange and white Feeds icon
should change to the green and white web slices icon. If that happens, web
slices detection is working and you're simply not visiting pages which have
web slice content available.
