Hi,
I don't think you will be able to export/import history or passwords.
I would access saved passwords in Firefox (Tools> Options> Saved passwords)
and login to each of those sites with IE8.
Also, you should have login data backed up to a text, doc or other file and
stored in a secure location on a CD, DVD, external HD, online (secure)
storage site or even a piece of paper. Loss of data happens. ;-)
For Windows 7 this information should help:
Store passwords, certificates, and other credentials for automatic logon:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/w...utomatic-logon
Saving Remote Desktop credentials in Home and Pro versions.:

Hope this helps,
