IE 8 has suddenly developed problems when playing MSN games

Suddenly two nights ago Internet Explorer 8 on Windows 7 has problems loading
and responding when trying to play any of the MSN games. I have deleted temp
files, redownloaded JAVA and IE 8.0 to no avail. Help anyone?
Same difference when using a broadband card and a wireless connection. Other
sites seem to be OK
