window Explorer 8 problem.

Hi there, Please any help.
I have problem with window Explorer 8 can not OPEN dowload and install are OK.
But when I done instal I could not open or get in the Internet. I have to
reset to back date or uninstal them I have window XP home edition.
Please Help Thank you so much.

Perhaps this is what you mean:

"You receive an error message in Internet Explorer: Internet Explorer
