Problem in IE8

Hello,

I have a wired problem in my explorer.
I succeded to enter to one of the website on my college, but suddenly, i
can't enter to this website more from my computer and in another computer i
can.
I tried to reset the explorer but didn't help and solve the problem.

Can someone can help me with this?

What happens when you try the URL a second time? Describe fully,
