IE Crashed if moved the bookmark to different folder in favorites

It's a old bug since IE6 and still not been solved.
While you opened the favorites panel and maintenanced your bookmarks, you
only can move their sequence position in same folder. Once you move out it's
folder the whole IE will crash.

And your current IE version and full Windows version would be...?
