IE8 Most Visted Thumbnails

In my IE8 most visted, there is one thumbnail that I can not delete. When I
click on it, it's a dead link. How can I delete it?

Are you referring to a feature provided by Google Toolbar
or something else? If the former check with Google Support.

Hello there,
It is not IE feature. It is a google new toolbar feature.
You can find Edit thumbnails link on the left bottom corner on the new tab
page.
Delete thumbnails from the Google new tab page
1.On the Google new tab page, click the Edit thumbnails link.
2.Click the X icon to remove a thumbnail.
3.Click Done.
