Re: IE cannot display the web page
Works fine here on Vista x86 SP2.
Try removing the port number. viz copy and paste 126.96.36.199 in the IE
address bar only.
If that works it is your Firewall that is blocking that port.
You may want to contact Speco Technologies or DMR. (The Speco web cam active
X is incompatible with IE8 - Access Denied errors) Hint - that tells us that
the control is trying to read your local disk.
