IE8 taskbar windows too small

Since upgrading to IE8 my application icons in my taskbar are much smaller in
width horizontally. And once I have more than 2 application windows open, I
have to click through the windows by using a up/down arrow button to the
right of the icons on the taskbar. SO annoying and time consuming. Is there
anyway to change back to having the taskbar show all open windows at one
time? I have tried stacking and unstacking but still have the same issue.
If there is no fix, I may just go back to using IE7. Any suggestions would
be appreciated.

Hi,
I think a Windows setting has changed. . Right-click the Taskbar>
Properties> uncheck "Group similar taskbar buttons."
