User Forum- How to find ?

I believe there is a site which lists all the available forum sites
I have goggled for the forum I am after( LaCie)but all I get is extracts
from a forum site

There would be no Lacie (or any 3rd party hardware) forums on Microsoft's
news servers. Have you tried visiting Lacie's website? It's possible they
don't have a user forum.
