Missing MS Security Hotfixes!

WinXP home, SP2, OE6, IE6

Hello, I ran Belarc Advisor to get my compputer specifications, and found to
my horror that it shows 51 "Missing Microsoft Security Hotfixes"!!!

I can't understand why since I have automatic updates. How can I find out
why this happened and how to fix this matter?
