Blank Monitor ???

While downloading IE 8, I watched my Monitor go Blank. Turned White in Color
and will Not Work on either of my other Two Computers.
Turned off the Computer and Monitor, replaced the original Monitor with a
different Brand and Size Monitor. Turned on Both and Watched the Secound
Monitor Turn White and Not Work. Guess I ruined Both Monitors??? HELP if
Possible.
Has anyone else had this Problem???

Does the monitor display properly in Safe Mode?

If it doesn't, either your video cable is loose or needs replacing; or
your video card needs to be replaced.
