alt-shift, ctrl-shift in ie8 forms

does not work in both direction (in address bar is ok)
how to fix?

To do what? Ctrl+Shift+CursorRight should select a word on the right.
Does that work?

I can't think what Alt+Shift+ might be good for. What would you try to
use it for?
