Java not working on Pogo.com

Java used to work fine but I've been trying for over a month to fix this
problem. I've used all of Pogo & Sun's suggestions but still can't play
games. The test page on both sites says Java IS installed correctly but when
I click on a game, it starts loading then says Java cannot be found. I'm
using Vista Home Ed & IE8. Please help.

You're having a problem with Pogo.com and/or Java and you're asking
about it in a newsgroup for Internet Explorer.

In IE> Tools> Manage add-ons, are the Java plug-ins enabled?

Don't leave security programs disabled- do this just long enough to test,
but if you disable any third-party security suite, antivirus, firewall, etc.
does the problem persist?
