Check after each step. See if the problem is resolved.
1. If IE8 is installed, go to Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing, see that
"Automatically recover from page layout errors with Compatibility View is
2. Clear the Temporary Internet Files, History and Cookies.
3. Start Internet Explorer without add-ons from:
Right-click the IE icon on the desktop. Choose Start without add-ons.
Programs> Accessories> System tools> Internet Explorer (no add-ons)
If the problem goes away, you have an incompatible browser add-on installed.
