errors on displaying some pages in IE7 and IE8
Hello,

I get errors by displaying some web pages. Text and tables overlap in pages
such facebook or start page from Windows Live http://home.live.com/.
I cannot understand what happens. Some time ago it was all working fine. But
from some point (new updates perhaps) started to look strange.
In Firefox everything looks OK.
One example is the hotmail Inbox page where the table with messsages looks
like it would have no rows (footer comes after header but overlaps also the
first messages in the table).
Pitty that I cannot attach here a screenshot.
Anyone who have an idea?

Re: errors on displaying some pages in IE7 and IE8
Hi,
Check after each step. See if the problem is resolved.

1. If IE8 is installed, go to Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing, see that
"Automatically recover from page layout errors with Compatibility View is
checked.

2. Clear the Temporary Internet Files, History and Cookies.

3. Start Internet Explorer without add-ons from:
Right-click the IE icon on the desktop. Choose Start without add-ons.
or
Programs> Accessories> System tools> Internet Explorer (no add-ons)
If the problem goes away, you have an incompatible browser add-on installed.

For troubleshooting information see:

4. With the warning that a reset will delete autocomplete data, such as
passwords and you will have to reinstall or re-enable browser add-ons, work
through this article:

data:

Hope this helps,
Don
