Miscellaneous | Websites in less privileged zone can... (check/enable but
understand the security implications of doing so)
PS: Your headers (Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.3138) tell us that
you're running much less secure versions of OE, IE, and WinXP SP3. Check-in
at Windows Update ASAP then make sure Automatic Updates is enabled.
