Annoying 'Security Warning'

Hi:
I.E. 7 :

Every time I visited a favorite site of Amazon.com., the following Security
Warning popping-up.

The current Web-page is trying to open a site in your Trusted sites list.
Do you want to allow this?

Curremt site: http://www.amazon.com
Trusted site: res://ieframe.dll

My question is;
How to get rid of this, 'Security Warning?'

btw) my other PC with XP does NOT popping-up this, Security Warning at all.

IE Tools | Internet Options | Security | Trusted Sites | Custom |
Miscellaneous | Websites in less privileged zone can... (check/enable but
understand the security implications of doing so)

PS: Your headers (Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.3138) tell us that
you're running much less secure versions of OE, IE, and WinXP SP3. Check-in
at Windows Update ASAP then make sure Automatic Updates is enabled.
