ImanOK2 Error message

At work we frequently get this ImanOK2 error message when someone tries to
save a document in word. We have figured out that we can copy all of the text
and then paste it into a new document and then it will save but I am looking
for a better solution. Does anybody have any ides how we can fix this problem?
