I need to reinstall 32 bit

Hi for some stupid reason i deleted the 32 bit browser and now i cant download flashplayer. Ugggg what do I do now?? Thanks

P.S. The 32 bit browser that came with my vista there was a 64 bit browser and a 32bit in my programs and because i think i know everything i deleated it thinking i didnt need it.
