I don't use Safari. Doubt many potential respondents here have Safari
experience. Twould be better if you actually described what feature you
wanted rather than compare to a product on which newsgroup isn't
So why not save those favorites sites in a tab group and then click on
that when you want to open all those sites at once? From the help
already included in IE8:
To save a group of tabs, click the Favorites button, click the arrow
next to the Add to Favorites button, and then click Add Current Tabs
to Favorites. Give the tab group a name, and then click Add.
Alternatively, create a folder in your Favorites and save your sites
there. Then in the Favorites panel, at the right end of the line,
appears a rightward arrow. Click on that and all sites under that
folder get opened.
