Can't save to favoritesUnable to create"site name"Class not Regist

Running IE8 with Windows 7
Can't save bookmarks to favorites.
All I get is "Unable to create" site name "Class not Registered"
Favorites folder is in the default location.
All permmisons are default.
Tried to reinstall
Tried to reset IE to defaults
Tried to run without addons..
Any Ideas ?

If you are going to post here as well as on the Answers forums
could you please at least post the URL too? Searches there
are very unreliable. It looks like we need to wait for the web crawlers
to index it...
