You need to fix the errors ennumerated on this page:

To wit:
1. Line 57, Column 412: Attribute "border" exists, but can not be used for
this element.
2. Line 105, Column 124: Attribute "LicenseFile" is not a valid attribute
3. Line 151, Column 145: character "&" is the first character of a
delimiter but occurred as data
4. Line 151, Column > 80: XML Parsing Error: xmlParseEntityRef: no name
Tip: IE8 is much more "forgiving" than IE7!
