IE7-Content of the webpage is pushed down in some, but not all pag

When you open the following page using IE7, then the content of the web page
is shifted down:
http://www.openonline.com/en/us/Mark...Statement.aspx

This behavior is not found in IE8 or IE6 or any other browser. Also, this
behavior is limited to some web-pages but not all. We use master pages and
common CSS for all the pages.
Please suggest what can be the problem or let me know if you need more
information.

You need to fix the errors ennumerated on this page:

To wit:

1. Line 57, Column 412: Attribute "border" exists, but can not be used for
this element.

2. Line 105, Column 124: Attribute "LicenseFile" is not a valid attribute

3. Line 151, Column 145: character "&" is the first character of a
delimiter but occurred as data

4. Line 151, Column > 80: XML Parsing Error: xmlParseEntityRef: no name

Tip: IE8 is much more "forgiving" than IE7!
