in IE7 content of some web-pages is shifted down

When you open the following page using IE7, then the content of the
web page is shifted down:
http://www.openonline.com/en/us/Mark...Statement.aspx

This behavior is not found in IE8 or IE6 or any other browser. Also,
this behavior is limited to some web-pages but not all. We use master
pages and common CSS for all the pages.
Please suggest what can be the problem or let me know if you need more
information.

Still the same issue. Problem in not found in all pages, but only in
some.
