Pages too big for screen
I have Windows XP Pro and iexplorer 8. Yesterday for no apparent reason my
screen resolution changed so that pages were too big for the screen. I reset
the resolution and it fixed the problem in all my softwares EXCEPT iexplorer.
The pages are still too big. Can I reset resolution just for iexplorer? Or
what else do I try?

Re: Pages too big for screen
Hi,
Not sure if the webpages are too large for the IE window or the IE window is
larger than your screen, but...

1. Check the Zoom setting on the Internet Explorer Status Bar. Is it 100%?
2. With no other windows open- just one IE window, right-click the taskbar
and choose either "Tile windows vertically" or "Tile windows horizontally."
Does the IE window resize to fit the screen?
3. If step 2 didn't help, download and run (right-click> merge) the REG file
at http://windowsxp.mvps.org/IEFAQ.htm >>> Tip #6
-
Hope this helps,
Don
